In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

My friend called me as soon as she received the flowers and raved about them. I knew what she meant as I have received numerous bouquets from Dottie’s Florist and they have all been spectacular!

Ordered Designer Choice for a recent teammate, who had a family member pass unexpectedly. I have never chosen the Designer Choice prior, and for price and quality... it was gorgeous! Thank you for always making the most beautiful arrangements. I use your shop , many times, and have NEVER been disappointed. SM

I live in Havre de Grace , Maryland. I wanted to send sympathy flowers to a dear friend in DeLand. It was my good luck that I chose "Dottie's Florist" The flowers are amazingly beautiful and sweetly fragrant......like a piece of heaven. That is how my friend described the flowers. She told me Dottie's is everybody's favorite florist there . I can understand why. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Virginia
